• Open the Qrush app.
• Go to Profile.
• Open Settings.
• Choose Delete account.
• Follow the prompts to submit your deletion request.

If you cannot access your account, email support@qrushapp.net from the email address associated with your Qrush account.

After a valid deletion request, Qrush will remove or de-identify eligible account data in accordance with applicable law and our safety obligations. Deleted accounts should no longer appear in discovery, public profiles, active matching, or other ordinary user-facing surfaces.

Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including records needed for security, fraud prevention, payment history, moderation, user safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms.

We may need to verify your identity before completing deletion. Some requests may take longer if they involve open safety reviews, active disputes, payment records, or legal obligations.
